2. Veterinary Services and Medical Information
Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment for your pet.
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact a veterinarian, emergency veterinary hospital, or animal poison control resource immediately. Do not rely on website content or an online form submission for urgent medical care.
Veterinary services, treatment plans, prescriptions, care plans, estimates, and medical recommendations may be governed by additional consent forms, treatment authorizations, payment terms, or other documents provided by One Love Animal Hospital.

Submitting an online request does not guarantee that an appointment has been scheduled or confirmed. An appointment is confirmed only when One Love Animal Hospital confirms it through its normal scheduling process.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about themselves and their pets, following veterinary instructions, complying with treatment plans and medication directions, and paying fees and charges that apply to services, products, care plans, or other purchases.
You are responsible for determining whether website content, online pharmacy information, care plan information, or other resources are appropriate for your pet’s needs in consultation with a licensed veterinarian.
5. Payments, Estimates, Care Plans, and Online Pharmacy
Prices, estimates, care plan information, online pharmacy offerings, and other service descriptions may change from time to time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, estimates are not guarantees of final charges.
Third-party payment processors, financing providers, online pharmacy providers, or other vendors may process payments or fulfill certain products or services. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Care plans, wellness plans, pharmacy purchases, prescriptions, refills, and related services may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, clinical review, payment terms, cancellation policies, or third-party provider rules.
6. Website Use Rules

- submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized information;

7. Internal Business Tools and OneLove AI
One Love Animal Hospital may use internal software tools, including tools referred to as OneLove AI, to support business operations, reporting, analytics, financial review, administrative workflows, and operational decision-making.
OneLove AI is an internal business tool name. It is not offered as a client-facing product or public software service unless One Love Animal Hospital expressly states otherwise in writing.
Internal tools may be used only by authorized personnel, contractors, vendors, or business partners who have a legitimate business need and are approved by One Love Animal Hospital.
8. QuickBooks Online Integration
One Love Animal Hospital may operate an internal QuickBooks Online integration through OneLove AI to access authorized QuickBooks Online data for business reporting, analytics, financial review, bookkeeping support, and operational decision-making.
Only authorized personnel with appropriate authority may connect a QuickBooks Online company to the integration. By authorizing a connection, the authorizing user confirms that they have permission to connect the relevant QuickBooks Online company and that the authorization is accurate and lawful.
The intended use of this integration is read-only access to QuickBooks Online data unless One Love Animal Hospital expressly configures and authorizes additional functionality. The integration is not intended for client-facing use.
QuickBooks Online and Intuit are third-party services. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s applicable terms, policies, account requirements, and platform rules. One Love Animal Hospital does not control Intuit, QuickBooks Online, or their systems, availability, security practices, or terms.
Access to the QuickBooks Online integration may be suspended, limited, or removed if a connection is unauthorized, no longer needed, creates operational or compliance risk, or is otherwise inconsistent with One Love Animal Hospital policies.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website and operations may link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms, tools, or service providers, including appointment tools, online forms, communication platforms, online pharmacy providers, payment processors, analytics tools, cloud hosting providers, accounting systems, and other business software.
Third-party services are not operated by One Love Animal Hospital, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, or security. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies from those third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
The website, text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, page layouts, service descriptions, and other content made available by One Love Animal Hospital are owned by One Love Animal Hospital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website, online services, accounts, forms, internal tools, or integrations if we believe use is unauthorized, unlawful, harmful, no longer needed, or inconsistent with these Terms or our business operations.
