3. QuickBooks Online Data and OneLove AI

One Love Animal Hospital may use internal software tools, including OneLove AI, to connect to QuickBooks Online for authorized internal business purposes. These tools are not client-facing products and are intended for authorized business use only.

When authorized, the QuickBooks Online integration may access QuickBooks Online company data depending on the permissions granted. This data may include company information, financial reports, chart of accounts, accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, expenses, vendors, customers, payments, purchase records, and related accounting or bookkeeping information.

One Love Animal Hospital does not sell QuickBooks Online data. Access to QuickBooks Online data is limited to authorized personnel, contractors, vendors, systems, and service providers with a legitimate business need.

Authorized users may request that a QuickBooks Online connection be removed by contacting One Love Animal Hospital. A connection may also be revoked through applicable Intuit or QuickBooks Online account settings, where available.
