Dr. LischinDr. Eliza Lischin grew up in Sea Cliff, New York. She received her bachelor's degree from Brandeis University in Massachusetts and then went on to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian. She was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts, West Indies.

Dr. Lischin is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, AVMA, and holds USDA accreditation to write international health certificates.

Her professional interests include surgery, pediatrics, and feline medicine. She currently has three geriatric cats at home. In her spare time, Dr. Lischin can be found around the neighborhood with her husband and two children.

Dr. GrzybDr. Katie Grzyb received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2009. She continued her clinical training at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and following this, completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery. Prior to working at One Love, she worked as an emergency clinician at Veterinary Emergency and Referral Group in Brooklyn. Katie has special interests in emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery, and the human-animal bond.

Originally from Rhode Island, Katie enjoys laughing with family and friends, spending time on, in or around the ocean, jogging, and exploring the restaurants in Brooklyn. Her greatest joy is spoiling her high maintenance tortoiseshell feline, Cosette (AKA Queen of the household).

Dr. KenPrior to opening One Love with his wife and partner Dr. Lischin, Dr. Kenneth Humphreys served as an emergency clinician at the Veterinary Emergency Referral Group in Brooklyn. A graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Humphreys is actively involved in the veterinary community and has a special interest in emergency medicine and dentistry. When not hard at work, he enjoys relaxing with his family and friends.
